At Northern Virginia Endodontic Associates we make every effort to provide you with the finest endodontic treatment and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.
When possible, we will estimate both your copayment and your insurance company’s estimated payment in order to minimize your out-of-pocket expense.

Scheduling
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that our practice provides surgical services, various circumstances may unexpectedly lengthen the time required for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation charge.

Privacy Policy and Communication
Our office respects your privacy, as well as strongly believing in clear and detailed communication with you, your referring dentist, our office, your insurance carrier and any other dental specialist that may be engaged in your overall dental treatment plan. Our office complies with the guidelines and standards set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). If there are other individuals not involved directly with your oral health care, such as a spouse, other family member, or friend that you would like for us to speak to, or transmit patient information to, please contact our office to obtain a HIPAA release form.
